Amanda Ayling, MA, LMHC
Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision with Capella University. Amanda has specialized experience and training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Parenting Inside Out (PIO).
Whether it is to self or others, Amanda believes that a sense of connection is where individuals thrive best. She focuses on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual aspects that impact everyone’s relationship with self and others. Amanda brings a warm and accepting approach where individuals feel safe and understood. She works from a strengths-based perspective allowing individuals and families to capitalize on already existing skillsets to further their journey in healing and evolving.
