Deciding to start therapy is a powerful step toward personal growth, and I’m grateful to support you on your journey to greater self-awareness, freedom, and empowerment. I believe in working collaboratively with you to achieve your goals, customizing my methods to meet your unique needs and aspirations. My approach is grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based perspective, with deep respect for your diverse social and cultural identities.
I integrate various evidence-based interventions, drawing on techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, somatic therapy, Family Systems/parts work, culturally sensitive exploration of cognitive patterns, and Narrative Therapy. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and humility, identifying patterns, enhancing self-compassion, and building your confidence to reshape your narrative.
I hold an MA in Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health from Saybrook University. I have experience a variety of settings including: community mental health, crisis services, support groups, and individual therapy for adults.
