Diana Clarke, MA, LMHCA

Owning my story and loving myself through the process is one of the greatest things that I have done. My passion is to help you define your story, start your journey of self-love, and become your holistic self without limitations. I will meet you where you are emotionally and cognitively and work with you through a multi-cultural lens.

My experiences have led me to adopt Carl Rogers’ belief that people have a self-actualizing tendency to fulfill their potential and become their best selves. I strongly believe that trust, intentionality, empathic understanding, congruence, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard are key components when providing treatment to the community being served.

I am practicing Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Theory and Person-Centered Theory Modalities to help you understand how your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affects your feelings and actions, teach you skills to cope with, and change unhealthy behaviors, and identify your full potential and becoming your best self.

I completed my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health with a concentration in Forensic Counseling from Walden University in 2021. I also completed my Doctoral studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from the same college.

You don’t have to travel this journey alone, I am here to assist, guide, and support!
