Becca Johnstone, MA, LMFTA
Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to lose touch with what truly matters. Navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life transitions can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. Often, the patterns we experience in our minds, bodies, and relationships are deeply ingrained, making it difficult to break free or move forward.
Together, we’ll explore these challenges not just through words, but by fostering embodied awareness. By uncovering and addressing the patterns stored in your body, mind, and relationships, we can create space for healing and transformation. Our work together will focus on aligning your experiences, building resilience, and rediscovering your authentic self—through both mind and body.
I approach therapy with a deep respect for your unique social and cultural identities, recognizing that your experiences and background shape how you navigate the world. I draw from a variety of approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These diverse tools help me meet you where you are and create a personalized approach for your growth. With compassion and care, I will help you explore your challenges, build resilience, and work through the layers of your identity in a way that honors your journey. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal and thrive. I earned my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and I am Gottman Level 1 certified.
